Vacant Visits can be offered to one of multiple employees. Visit offers are sent to your caregiver’s email addresses as well as a notification on the Caregiver App.


*If the offer is meant for a shift within 24 hours , it is recommended that the user calls the recipients of that offer.




Visit offers are sent from either within the Create a Visit dialogue or from the unassigned visits page. Once you are on the unassigned visits, you are to click on the shift that you would like to offer out and than the click send offers button.  


Clicking the send offers button will than open a screen similar to the previous slide where you decide who you want to send the offer to, whether it’s a single shift offer or recurring, a well as if there is a response due time. 


Note visits can only be assigned from the unassigned visits page.
