An administrator is notified of a caregivers response to a visit offer in the following ways


1.Notification

2.Highlights box on the dashboard

3.Recent Activity box on the dashboard 

4.The unassigned visits page




We assign visits to caregivers that have shown interest by clicking on the specific shift from the unassigned visits page and than clicking on the “ Interested Caregivers” dropdown to view responses.


 As you can see in the  image below, Brett B. has shown interest and we assign him to that shift by clicking on Assign.
