Now you can customize your Care Plan forms in the platform. Under Settings > Form Templates. You can edit existing forms, or create new ones, to match your current care plan questions and practices.
When editing a care plan, you can add or remove questions, decide which questions are required, and even create multiple choice questions.
Once your care plan template is set up the way you want, you can fill our a new Care Plan for any of your clients from their profile. Under Care Documentation > Care Plan, you can see any old care plans, which care plan is active, and even submit new care plans. Note that the most recent care plan will always be the "Active Care Plan", and will be what caregivers can see in the FirstVisit Mobile App.
